Walt Disney World Part 3: The Packing

Y’all - it’s been awhile! And I say y’all because I spent some time in Arkansas with family last week, so now I’ve picked up the Southern twang a little. (if you haven’t seen my video of Ava, my oldest, speaking with her southern accent, go watch it on my Facebook! It’s hilarious.) As life goes, I haven’t prioritized getting these posts up. Luke’s grandpa passed away, I had quite a few evening work events (which is when I usually get my blogging done), and had lots of family birthdays, including my mom's 70th which involved a trip up north in Michigan. How Marco Polo and a Trip to Disney Inspired This Anti-Blog

A few months ago, I convinced a group of my BFFs to start using the app Marco Polo to keep in touch. (Don't know what Marco Polo is? I'm finding less people know about it than I think - haha - t’s a video walkie-talkie app where you can record a video with no time limit and send to friends. You can create groups, use some filters, but for me it’s a great way to connect with friends that’s more private than Instagram or Facebook.) And then a few weeks ago, my family took our first trip to Disney World. It’s funny... two life events that, on the surface, don’t appear to be connected at all, have the ability to...
